[Phpgroupware-developers] Forum application

Hi,
I'm insterested by the forum app.
Is it capable of:
- Authenticating users that publish
- Restrict user rights? Only view or view/publish per forum? (and per
category?)
- Publish by email (on anonymous forum)?

More, I'm unable to use CVS forum app. Is it normal? Is it a work in
progress?
I create a category => OK
I create a forum => OK
I click "new topic" and enter subject and body => nothing appears!
Help?
