[Phpgroupware-developers] Small preferences intl fix

Hi,
The tabs in preferences "Your preferences",etc., were missing their lang call.
Attached here are the diff for the /preferences/preferences.php file and the
updated english lang file.
Btw, should I commit this small fixes or shall I ask for review first?
