It seems that the category feature is somewhat limited, or else I am ;-)
If you set default categories so that all can use a common set, and then
each user creates their own categories, if user A wants to create a category
that user B has already created a message is returned indicating that
category with that name already exists. Unfortunately, because this
category is owned by user A, user B can not take advantage of it, even if
the category is defined as public. Why the limitation by name, it isn't
even the key? Shouldn't the control be based on the key, owner and access?
Is there a work around besides having to dummy up the category name? Or am
I just missing something here?
