[Phpgroupware-developers] RC3 icon positions

I'm not sure if this the right spot to report this

I upgraded from 0.9.12 to 0.9.14 RC 3 and haven't been able to rearrange the
icons for the modules

They are always shown in application alphabetical order despite their
position integer setting

This is with the default template
