Most of the recent changes will not go into .14.  Even then, the "most stable"
verison is from the stable CVS branch where critical bug fixes are commited even
after a release.

1) cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/phpgroupware co -r Version-
0_9_14-branch phpgroupware
2) cd phpgroupware
3) cvs co -r Version-0_9_14-branch admin addressbook calendar email phpgwapi
preferences setup todo notes

You can also co more modules later, just be sure to include the "-r 
Version-0_9_14-
branch" if you do.
