Hi all,
First of all i'd like to announce that the modules aliases are functioning,
so, you can now do full checkout with a simple command:
cvs checkout full
This will place all the files where you expect to find them. Other
pseudo-modules and aliases are ready as i planned in my previous mail.
I'm now here to ask for common rules for the names of modules: in
particular, i'd like to apply one of these two changes
(1)
developer_tools => developers-tools
news_admin => news-admin
phpGWShell_Win32_VB => phpGWShell-Win32-VB
(2)
syncml-server => syncml_server
The reason is that i'd like to have the a bidirectional function to map the
package name in the module name.
Since in debian the `_' is used to split the package name in its three primary
informations (i.e. name_version_architecture), the first change whould be my
choice. Indeed, applying the last whould not be a problem.
TIA, ciao.
