Michael,
Can you provide a list of the $Id: lines from each of the following files:
setup/config.php
phpgwapi/inc/class.datetime.inc.php
If that doesn't seem to work, go into your header.inc.php and set the
DEBUG_APP (somewhere around line 93) to True. Then, go into your
calendar. Post some of the debug messages here and I'll analyze what's
going wrong.
