The updates needed for the name change have been completed. Instructions on
how to update below.
If you're using 0.9.14 (Version-0_9_14-branch):
You don't have to change anything. When you do a CVS update the
filemanager module will be replaced with phpwebhosting, but the phpwebhosting
module will remain in effect and will be updated if any fixes are available.
The two modules are the same code, just some CVS trickery to make the upgrade
smoother. This is a change made tonight, so if you were having failed updates
before please try again. You'll need to transition to filemanager before the
next release, but you can do so at your own pace.
If you're using HEAD:
1) Uninstall 'filemanager' and 'phpwebhosting' using setup (if they are
installed)
2) Do a cvs update. You may need to remove the filemanager directory
before you do so.
3) Install 'filemanager' using setup
4) Assign rights to filemanager for users/groups, if applicable
New installs:
Nothing special needed, install filemanager using setup as usual.
In either case, there should be no loss of files or database entries, but
backing up is always a good idea. If you have any problems with the update
please send a report to the list. I don't think we've tried to transition to a
new name for a module before in this way, so any lessons that can be learned
now will be valuable for future use.
