Hi all,
Yes it is out. No this is not phpgwpalmsync from sf.net or axissync,
even tho it is related, but there is no upgrade path.
I am calling it dalpha for dodgy alpha. This code is pretty stable, but
not well tested. This is more so people know what it looks like and can
see how it works.
There are some bugs in coldsync 3.0pre3, but hopefully they will be
sorted soon.
You use this code at your own risk.
The code is available from http://co.com.mx/~dhall/
Now for the acknowledgements:
* My girl freind Julie - for putting up with me
* My dog Billy - for distracting me when it got too much
* Step One Group (http://sogrp.com) - for sponsoring the work
* AxisSync (http://axisgroupware.org) - for the inspiration
* #phpgroupware users - for listening to me whinge about Perl and other
stuff
* Everyone who has given me tips/pointer/support
Known Issues
* Categories Support - incomplete
* php4 Sessions don't work - this is a phpgw limitation
* ldap auth - does not currently work with ldap auth ... any help
appreciated
* Error Detection - inadequate
* Headers - no copyright headers on php code
- says FSF holds copyright ... assigning it atm
****VERY IMPORTANT****
READ THE README
BACKUP YOUR PALM AND PHPGW DB FIRST
DON'T BLAME ME IF IT KILLS SOMETHING :)
Cheers
