Seems like the folder image is used instead of forward and backware
images...
Also, seems that evo and moz themes have different images (moz is missing
some?)

Also see related suggestion and patch for email themes.

Also doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the auto refresh? Is this a case
of the preference page not being in sync with the rest of things?
