If by filemanager you mean phpwebhosting in 0.9.14 or the filemanager in head, 
then submit them to the patch manager @

and I will try to commit the changes (Zeald are its new maintainers).  If you 
mean the 0.9.14 "filemanager", use phpwebhosting instead :)

NB:  I have been working on rewriting the file manager to make it less evil 
(it's pretty evil) so your changes may no longer even be needed.  But maybe 
your changes are better than mine!
