Hi Michael,

thanks for that bug report. It seem pgSql changed that with the version 
7.3.x.

I updated the class.db_pgsql.inc.php. Can please update the api from cvs:
cd /path/to/phpgw       # eg. /var/www/html/phpgroupware
cd phpgwapi
cvs update
