[Phpgroupware-developers] 3 Max Recipients Per Message

Hi,
One of my clients told me that they can't send to more than 3 recipients at a 
time.
 I checked the logs and didn't see anything helpful.  They are using 
phpGroupware,
Sendmail, Spamassassin, and UWash IMAP.

I don't see how phpGroupware can have much, if anything, to do with it but I'm 
been
beating my head against this for a long time and I'm getting desprate and 
reaching
for straws.
