Ok, you need ps2pdf coming with Ghostscript and:
In your smb.conf:
--------------------------------------------
[pdf]
printable = yes
postscript = yes
comment = PDF Printer
print command = /usr/local/bin/smbpdf %u %s
path = /tmp
--------------------------------------------
Then on Windows-9x/XP install a network printer from "\\your_linux_server\pdf"
with a good ps driver, I have good result with "IBM 4079 Color Jetprinter PS"
and
that's it !
You have the bash script, smbpdf (in french sorry), attached on this mail. This
script convert your document printed with your Samba "PDF printer" and send it
back to you by mail.
