[Phpgroupware-developers] Bugs on 0.9.14.002 ?

i've installed phpGroupWare 0.9.14.002 on Linux with
* httpd-2.0.40-11.3
* mysql-3.23.54a-4
* php-4.2.2-8.0.7
and...

InfoLog
* clicking on add button or images send me to Welcome Page

Notes
* click on "Add note"
* fill the form
* click on "Save"
* click on "Done"
* list is empty (mysql table is empty)

Todo
* click on "Add"
* fill the form
* click on "Submit" (page is refreshed and the form cleared)
* click on "Todo"
* list is empty (mysql table is empty)

Application categories
* I've added 2 categories using Administration -> Calendar -> Global Categories. This 
categories appears in all combos of all applications (phpgw_categories.cat_appname is 
phpgw)
