I am sorry - thats because these are no "end user bugs" so its a bit hard to
describe them in one line ...

I think I have seen non ansi sql statements somewhere ....

Also there are differnces - you can use ANSI SQL but the database for
example
have no real foreign keys (like MySQL 3.x) so some things migth behave
differently.

It was only an idea - if you don't like it - ignore it.

rdbms specific is for me the same as operating system specific ....
