Ok, the Back button should never be used, which reminds me, I have to
commit that to the 16 branch.

Do you have go register_globals = on in your php.ini? 16 will not be
certified register_globals = off compliant until it is formally released
as 0.9.16.000 (not an RC or 0.9.14.5xx pre release).
Also is the user listed more than once?
