Paragraph 6 of the premble FLA-Europe reads as follows:

> This agreement empowers the FSF Europe - and its sister organizations - to
uphold the
> interests of Free Software authors anywhere on the planet and protect them

> be. The author gets freed from the obligation of having to do this her- or
himself. Further-more
> the agreement allows bundling the interestes of authors worldwide.

So this means (to me) that european developers sign the FLA-Europe and
others sign the FLA of the FSF Nord Amerika.

Btw. Patch #1661 I send in today has been developed independently of
probusiness - so I
will sign the FLA-Europe also independently. Please let me know to whom I
should FAX (if possible)
a copy.
