timetrack never has since you can't link a project to a contact that might
disappear
what it does do is try to import the addressbook contacts into it's own
contacts table
this problem applies to all of the apps that try to rely on a link to a contacts
record: what prevents a user from deleting a contact record that your app is
relying
on being there
this is one of the two problems that must be addressed (the other is the person
