If I can give my little opinion, as incredible as it may sound, lots of
companies
don't have a permanent/full access to the web. Proxies, security issues, ...
I don't think that may be a good idea as it will cause problems to people.
Maybe a
choice to the admins local manual / phpGW site manual would be better ...
