[Phpgroupware-developers] Copyright Assignments

Hi All,

I have got a response from the FSF Inc.  *All* contributors must assign
copyright to the FSF Inc.  The FSF.eu will not accept assignments for
projects which have assigned to the FSF Inc - this is an agreement they
have.

If you have not already done so, please send your assignment in.
