I toasted my head install sometime ago, bit too heavy handed with
phpmyadmin :(  I have a long list of things to merge to HEAD.  I will be
getting new head install up and running my laptop before I travel.  I

I don't know if mdean is around or not.  I don't have much time before I
leave to work on things, I did the db stuff cos I needed it for another
project.  I have also done some work on setup, which will go to HEAD
also.  Those changes were minor so I didn't make a big deal about them.

I plan to move immediately to working on HEAD only, once 16.000 is out.
 For those of you who don't know, the plan is for the 16RC1 release to
be out on the afternoon of 8-Aug (UTC+2).
