Hi,
I know that I said I would try to keep out of this thread, but I would
like to reply to some of the points raised.

I have been involved in constant discussion about this and other issues.
I am sick of it. I want to code and setup our infrastructure so we can
move forward, not keep on looking backwards. Lets create some certainty
and momentum.
Here is what I got done today:
Wake up before 530 wanting to code
Discuss the "Ralf issue for 4-5hrs"
Go onsite and deal with some annoying boxes for 5hrs
Come home and discuss the "Ralf" issue for another 3hrs
My plan was to code for the day, then go take my dog to the park for a
while and cook a nice dinner. So much for well intentioned plans.

I think most of this is already spelt out and understood. It is a
matter of developing proper "discipline" proceedures - imho.

I want to move forward and have the elections. I also think that Ralf
needs to properly understand why his rights were removed. I think he is
justifiably angry, but he is not the only one. I think sometime for
everyone to calm down will do us all some good.
Cheers
