Some of the concerns were raise off list or via other mediums. Also the

They should be assigning. We agreed that all contributors must assign
to the FSF.

Yep, this is fine with me. Keep in mind that if the FSF doesn't have
your assignment by COB 5-Sept-2003 then you will be voting :)
