[Phpgroupware-developers] Anglemail and phpGW 16

Hi all,

I have decided to throw this one out for comment.  I imported latest AM
as so it could be apart of phpgw 16.  Unfortunately trying to get Ralf's
prefs changes to work has driven me a little crazy.  The code doesn't
easily merge for various reason.

Anyway, enough on the problem, time to find a solution and fast.  I am
happy to reimport the code again, sans phpgw 16 compliant prefs. 
Alternative someone can take on fixing it, preferably before RC2
(hopefully this weekend - hint hint lex ;) )

There will be some mods in the phpgw version - mime handling bug fixed
and support for the new contacts backend.

Currently most attachments from dodgy clients (ie M$ LookOut
(Depressed)) are attached as octet-stream.  I have mod'd some horde code
to fix this problem and will roll it into email once the prefs issues is
resolved.

The guys from Step One Group have done a great job of implemented the 
awesome new phpGroupWare contacts backend.  There are a few changes in
the class methods and a few bugs to be ironed out, but we are getting
there.  Email will be a good example of what changes will be needed for
other apps.
