[Phpgroupware-developers] Another SAP DB patch for schema_proc

Hi Dave and all other who are interested:


Patch number 2030 has been published for SAPDB support.
It contains a required change to the schema_proc classes.

Thats because SAP DB does not allow single quotation marks "'" for
the DEFAULT value within a create statement.
So I hat to move the quotation marks from the create statement to
where the default value will be generated.
