[Phpgroupware-developers] Elearning for phpgroupware

This is the first draft document for the e-learning applications we are
building. Ill just post them here so others can benefit from the
process, although i do not expect anyone i know from the group to
actively participate (not many here have the same need). 

Ill also post it and some others to the normal elearning technology
channels arround.
