[Phpgroupware-developers] rpm download busted, maybe zip too

file phpGroupWare-all-apps-0.9.14.006-1.noarch.rpm won't install
Mandrake says:
error: unpacking of archive failed on file

kpackage on debian says:
phpGroupWare-all-apps-0.9.14.006-1.noarch.rpm;echo RESULT=$?

7.6 meg seems right as the tarball is almost 7 meg, but the file is only 3.5 
meg, as
is the zip which i did not check.

Odd thing is, I can't find a good version of this rpm anywhere.  so, what 
happened?
 i remember testing this file and it worked, unfortunatly I didn't keep the one
