Holidays is actually pretty smart now.  They are included in cvs as
calendar/phpgroupware.org/holidays.CC.txt.  There is a bash script in
that directory to convert the files from holidays.CC to holidays.CC.txt
(this was included in the last update)

They are also available from phpgroupware.org via the calendar app.  Add
a locale in holiday management and select phpgroupware.org as the
source.  If you update the files, and the holidays file already exisits
it will automagically create a patch on savannah :)

I will keep phpgroupware.org in sync with cvs - just need a cron script.
