[Phpgroupware-developers] Calendar patch

Patch 2115 has been submitted to fix the database reserved keyword problem.
I have not tested to patch, because there are still some other problems ...

Also I am not sure if the patch is complete - it renames the "uid" column in
phpgw_cal to "userid".
Hopefully I renamed all sql statements, because uid is also used within the
php code.
