[Phpgroupware-developers] Too Many Logins

Hi,
While trying to install and understand Qmail and it's relationship to 
phpGroupware,
I used a few accounts for testing.  Now those accounts refuse to log into email
giving as a reason:
There was an error trying to connect to your mail server.
Please, check your username and password, or contact your admin.

tried RH bug recovery?: [1]

How do I clear that [Too many login failures]?

Is it phpGroupware, Qmail or what?

BTW, there are other accounts that still work.
