That brings up the nexct question, If I didn't change the address, who did?

I changed step 5 from:
cvs co -r Version-0_9_14-branch admin setup preferences notes todo addressbook
calendar email

To:
cvs -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot co -r Version-0_9_14-branch admin setup
preferences notes todo addressbook calendar email

Which changed the error from that listed below to:
cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)

Of course, there were not any "above messages"
