I just noticed that in 0.9.16RC3, bookmarks is very hosed. Thats
becuase there is a bug with the Savannah patch manager which will spit
out the patchs without converting < > " & to < > " &
Just keep this in mind when you are merging patchs. I fixed most of
bookmarks, however there are still a number of SQL issues that I will
look into tonight.
