[Phpgroupware-developers] Problem with PHPGW_APP_INC in chat module

Within chat I got:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in
effect. File(/footer.inc.php) is not within the allowed path(s):
(/srv/www/htdocs/web1/) in
/srv/www/htdocs/web1/html/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/footer.inc.php on line
27

the problem is that PHPGW_APP_INC is used in footer.inc.php and not set
within chat.

PHPGW_APP_INC is defined in phpgwapi/inc/functions.inc.php


Any ideas how to fix that?
