Ok, the full name is working already....

About it failing to find a user.... there is a single problem. This
thing will only look for data that is showed in the index page.

This can be tweaked in the near future to search in some other tables
like person or organization or addresses, but not in communication types
(not in email, phones, faxes...etc.). You need to put those as fields
showing in the index page for them to be searched.

The problem was narrowed down to this, but right now its just broken. We
are trying to see where did we drop the ball as it was working fine
before....
