[Phpgroupware-developers] CVS Time out

Hi,

Here is a little more information.  At the bottom of my CVS checkout log is
this:
cvs server: Updating xmlrpc/templates/idsociety/images
cvs [update aborted]: connect to subversions.gnu.org(199.232.41.3):2401
failed: Connection timed out

This doesn't happen every time but it does happen alot.  Of the 4 servers I
support, only one now shows the version 9.16.00.
