[Phpgroupware-developers] Reserved Database Keyword List in Wiki now!

I included a reserved keyword list for MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAPDB/MaxDB, SQL-92
and SQL-99

For head development please check with this list and change all database column
names that are reserved for better cross database support.
For 0.9.16 no column renames are allowed.
