[Phpgroupware-developers] no filemanager on debian

Hi List,
i use phpgroupware from debian-packages, it's a fresh setup of phpgw. 
the current version is 0.9.14.007, and today i looked for the 
filemanager. after the first steps (permissions on OS) i found an empty 
page for the filemanager-module:

Powered by phpGroupWare version 0.9.14.007
what is wrong with the initialisation? i think there should be a menue 
for upload/download and permissions. i also looked at the demo-page on
http://pbdemo.de/phpgroupware but there was all ok. the 
status-information from setup gives me an ok for filemanager module. any 
help/hints would be nice. excuse my bad english, i'm not a native 
speaker. answer in german is welcome.
