[Phpgroupware-developers] NextGen gets its first working app

Jengo wrote a new notes app for the NextGen code. Its usable from the demo.

We are adding the ability to edit the notes right from the list (idea 
stolen from Dave Hall), but its not finished yet. You can still see how 
it would work tho.

We have been adding lots of nice tweaks and new features to the 
framework as well. Our error handling routines are quite solid at this 
point and the framework is able to prevent apps from blowing everything 
up anymore. Even parsing errors get trapped and how up withing the apps 
space of the page.
