Heya,

here another stuff for phpgroupware, in this case is a set
of Bulk admin user tools, at this moment this include:

* Categorize Persons
* Uncategorize Persons
* Group to Category
* Group to Organization
* Category to Group
* Category to Organization
* Organization to Category
* Organization to Group
* Remove duplicated organizations

I think add other tools, but you can test it for now.

This include a .readme which explain what you have to do for use this.
