Updated the demo to show off the latest menus. They have the same look 
and feel as this demo which uses phplayers. The NextGen one, just uses a 
tiny bit of java and some hidden divs to give the same look and feel.
also, because its done with a small bit of simple code, as opposed to 
the hugemoungous phplayers style, it appears to work nicely with all the 
key browsers and doesnt have that crazy select list disappearing bug.
