The app property is beginning to shape up in proposal-branch.
The tables (93) seems to be created as they should - and default values
added.
still missing config, contacts and vsf.
I have (temporary) cheated with the safe_arg.
I have also ported a version of the acl2 where inheritance of rights is
stored to the database - and where one - in addition to set permission
per location - can grant other users - or groups - rights pr group and
location to your records
