[Phpgroupware-developers] missing cvs tags

Hi,

I just noticed that the cvs is missing the tags for 0.9.16.004 and 0.9.16.005

That makes it difficult to create a patch from .003 to .005 or perhaps 
from .005 to a next version.

Also this way it is not documented which version of a file made it into .005 
(or .004).

For a new release you should really first create a tag and then _export_ 
(instead of checkout) from this newly created tag to create an archive.
