Look, i havent tested it for 4.4.x but up until 4.3.9 (RHEL4/CentOS 
latest) it worx very very well.

I wouldnt be surprised if a php minor version upgrade broke it since php 
is known for doing that all too often (breaking the language on minor 
releases), but i would expect it to run without too much troubles either.

Take it out for a spin, let us know.
