[Phpgroupware-developers] improved ACL - grants per location

How about allowing granting of rights pr location within application?

All that takes is to add a new column "acl_grantor" in phpgw_acl - and to set 
and check the owner of the grants against this column instead of - as to 
currently against "acl_location".

I would define this as a cleaning up rather than a new feature - although it 
enables a new feature within apps - and therefore it could go into the stable 
branch.
