[Phpgroupware-developers] ged - small glitch in table definition

For datatype 'timestamp' - the default values should be 'current_timestamp' (in 
order to allow install on postresql).

'current_timestamp' is tranlated to the correct expression during the install.

affects table 'ged_history' and 'ged_comments'
