[Phpgroupware-developers] Support for shared memory added

I have added support for loading langfiles (-and any other data) into shm.

The feature has to be enabled in "site configuration" - and shmop has to be 
supported by PHP 
(compile PHP with the --enable-shmop parameter in your configure line)

And yes ! - it is faster.
