[phpGroupWare-developers] Modification for mapping table [cvs HEAD]

Hi all,

As specified in the bug report #18046, there's some problem with
updating the tables in HEAD in some cases (MySQL + UTF8 + windows), So I
hacked the tables_update for reducing the sizes of the primary key.

I don't build a routine specialy for it since if the setup upate process
is broken, it won't help. So if people want to reduce the pk size (and
have already upgraded for latest cvs HEAD) they should have to do it by
hand. Sorry for the inconvenience.
