[phpGroupWare-developers] configuration problem

In the setup page, in the step 2 - configuration, when i click on the save 
button it does not save the changes and no errors are shown.

what do i have to do?

Im using phpGroupWare version 0.9.16.011

can I configure it manually? if so, in which files or tables do I put the data?
