0.9.16 was released back in March 2004.  Pretty much what ever was
stable then is officially supported.

Apache 1.x/2.0.x
PHP 4.1.x - 4.x
MySQL 3.23.x/4.0.x

I think you get the idea :)

Not sure, I would need to install it and play.  I mostly use trunk with
mysql5 these days.
